Absence & Cancellation

For absence, please contact Brick 4 Kidz 24 hours before the class to qualify for make up class or credit. Make Up Class must be scheduled within the same term. If this is not possible, credit will be applied to your account with us. Refunds will not be issued for non-attendance.

Bricks 4 Kidz reserves the right to cancel any programme due to insufficient enrolment. Upon cancellation, a full refund will be issued prior to the commencement date of the programme.

COVID-19 Related Cancellations

We request that you do not attend classes if you feel unwell. If you are required to isolate as a household contact or confirmed case of COVID-19, you will be issued credit for the sessions you missed due to your isolation.

Due to the highly unpredictable nature of COVID-19, Bricks 4 Kidz retains the right to cancel a session if they staff is required to isolate. You will be issued with credit for the session which could not commence.

How to use my credit

Credit is the value of the class, assigned to your account in our booking platform. Credit is not a refund of cash to your bank account.

Credit can be used towards online programmes, term programmes, holiday programmes and birthday parties. Pre-arranged once-off make-up classes must be scheduled within the same term. Credit cannot be used for part of a term programme, this includes term Online Programmes, After School Programmes and Centre Programmes
